Gettingstarted.
From your WordPress dashboard (recommended):

02Search for “Advanced Scrollbar” .
03Click Install Now , then Activate .
04Go to Settings → Advanced Scrollbar to customize your scrollbar.
Manual installation:
05Download the Advanced Scrollbar plugin ( .zip file ).
06In your admin area, go to Plugins → Add New and click Upload Plugin .
07Choose the advanced-scrollbar.zip file and click Install Now .
