Pick a template, preview the real form (desktop, tablet or mobile) and use it. Each card shows the actual form, and every template can be changed in the editor afterwards. Templates are only loaded when you open the template picker, so they never slow down your site.

How do I add a form to a page?
Use the shortcode [formglut id="X"] where X is your form ID, or add the FormGlut block in the block editor.
Can I move my forms to another site?
Yes. Use Data & Logs → Export forms to download a file (with or without entries) and Import forms on the other site.
Where is the email log?
Under Data & Logs → Email log . Turn it on there to record recipient, subject and status of the last 50 emails.
Does FormGlut work with any theme?
Yes, FormGlut is designed to work with any properly coded WordPress theme.
Can I bring my forms from another form plugin?
Yes. Use Import → From another form plugin… on the All Forms page (or Data & Logs → Migration ) to copy forms, and optionally their entries, from WPForms, Fluent Forms, Ninja Forms, Forminator, Contact Form 7 and others.
Are multi-step forms, conditional logic, file uploads and payments free?
Yes. Every field and feature on this page is included in the free plugin, except the list under “FormGlut Pro (separate add-on)”.
Does FormGlut work with page builders and block themes?
Yes. Use the FormGlut block, the FormGlut Elementor widget, or the shortcode in any page builder’s shortcode or text widget. The form keeps its own look in block themes and classic themes.
Can I accept payments with FormGlut?
Yes. Add a Payment Item or Card Payment field, enter your Stripe keys in Global Settings, and charge a fixed price, an amount the visitor types, or a total worked out by a calculation field.
Can I build a calculator or quote form?
Yes. Add a Calculation field to add up prices, quantities and options. Totals are checked again on the server.
Is there a free contact form with conditional logic?
Yes. Show or hide any field, or a whole row of columns, based on other answers. It is included free.
Can I hide a download until someone fills in a form?
Yes. Put the content between [formglut_gate form="X" days="30"] and [/formglut_gate] . Visitors see the form; after they submit it the page reloads and shows the content on that browser for the number of days you set. The shortcode is also shown in Form Settings › Share & gate.
Can a form create a WordPress user account?
Yes. Turn on Form Settings › User registration and choose the Email field (and, if you like, username, password and name fields). New users get the site’s default role, never an administrator role, and FormGlut never stores the password in the entry.
Where does “Save progress” keep the answers?
Only in the visitor’s own browser, for up to 30 days. Nothing is sent to your site until the form is submitted. Passwords, files, card details and signatures are never kept.
Does FormGlut include form templates?
Yes, 25 free templates: contact, quote, newsletter, support ticket, bug report, refund request, feedback, testimonial, event registration and RSVP, appointment booking, table reservation, course enrolment, job application, donation, petition, volunteer sign-up, property viewing, maintenance request and more. Go to FormGlut › Add New › Choose a Template, open a live preview and click “Use this template”.

My form emails do not arrive or go to spam. What can I do?
Turn on Global Settings › Email delivery (SMTP) . Pick a service (Gmail, Brevo, Mailjet and others have free plans) or your web host’s own mail server, enter the login, and use Send test to check it before saving. If your host blocks outside mail servers such as Gmail, the test tells you, and “My web host’s mail server” usually works. Each form also has a Send test button under Form Settings › Notifications.
Will FormGlut slow down my website?
No. FormGlut only loads its scripts and styles on pages that contain a FormGlut form.
